Founded in Silicon Valley as a technology-driven quick service concept for grilled cheese, The Melt quickly became one of California’s go-to hot spots for all things cheese, including the classic sandwich, macaroni and cheese, and their famous MeltBurger - a signature cheeseburger complete with a 1/3 pound of Angus & Wagyu beef tough chopped to make sure the cheese is mixed into every bite, and served on a toasted, artisan bun. All ingredients are chosen with care, free of artificial preservatives, colors, flavors, sweeteners, and hydrogenated fats.
